In deep down south youth who have lesser access to certain resources were researched and analysed and then two projects were held in Tissamaharama and Tangalle covering the whole district. Accordingly, they were awarded with knowledge pertaining to ‘Personality Enhancement’, ‘English language skills’, ‘Computer literacy’ and ‘Entrepreneurship’. Projects were supported by USAID and Geneva Global, which reported high success rate exceeding the targeted beneficiaries.

Another area of community service was the ‘Peace Building Projects’ which were handled during the ethnic disturbance period which even included a project on evaluation of INGO involvement during the said time in northern and eastern areas of the country.
